Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services. Your access to and use of the service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms, these terms apply to everyone who uses our service, by accessing or using a service you agree to be bound by these terms. if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not access the service.
We require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power. Due to insurance purposes, as well as staff and vehicle safety we will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on a road considered heavily busy or dangerous. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks.
All new customers must pay a non-refundable deposit of a percentage of the service they select, which is to be paid within 24 hours of the booking. This will secure your appointment. Deposits can be paid by cash, bank transfer, secure online payment the deposit will be taken off the full price on the day of the valet. Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours of the booking will result in your appointment being cancelled without notice.
Payments must be made on the same day of which the work is complete. If the job must be cancelled due to no access, isn’t safe to work or you have cancelled on the same day as the booking, you will be required to make a full payment. Furthermore, if the job is cancelled in less than 24 hours before work is to commence, the deposit payment will be held as a fee of cancellation.
We accept , cash payment, instant back transfer, debit and credit card.
All prices are to be confirmed on inspection of the vehicle and prior communication with the client, everything shown on the website is not a fixed price.
If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges WILL apply. We advise if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated upon the day before any work commences.
Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable.
A missed booking is a missed wage.
Being provided with a safe working environment is a must and if we are travelling to you, we may require water access (outside tap) and power socket within 60 feet (length of our extension lead) so that we can carry out our work.
